Welcome to our student training program, where we aim to address the pressing issues faced by students and equip them with the skills necessary for success in today’s competitive world. According to a survey conducted by the Economic Times, a staggering 94% of engineers and graduates in India are deemed unfit for hiring. We believe in breeding young minds to attain efficiency as they grow, starting from as early as class 10.
Unlike traditional training programs, our approach is completely practical-oriented, focusing on brainstorming and real case studies. We go beyond merely delivering content to students; we create a sense of accountability for implementation. Our goal is to instill these skills into their personality permanently, and we achieve this by creating a strong system for accountability.
We provide students with real-life tasks and assignments, measure their progress, track their development, and evaluate the results until they become proficient in vital skills such as leadership, problem-solving, communication, creativity, a resilient attitude, mindset, character, and a strong entrepreneurial personality.
Mentoring plays a crucial role in our program. Rather than teaching personality development and leadership in a short duration, we believe in injecting these qualities into students from a young age. We address the lack of essential skills related to leadership, problem-solving, creativity, and entrepreneurship. We understand that relying solely on textbooks is insufficient. Hence, we focus on practical training, emphasizing mindset, problem identification and solving, risk management, and creativity.
Our program enables trainees to identify problems faced by people in their day-to-day activities and develop innovative solutions. We facilitate connections between trainees and micro and small-scale industries, providing them with the opportunity to solve real problems in these organizations. Throughout the training, industrial experts in specific areas will guide and mentor the students.
Moreover, we emphasize entrepreneurship skills, including problem identification, idea brainstorming, market survey, case studies, risk analysis, system development, fund raising, execution, people management, and sustainability. By equipping students with these skills, we empower them to become future entrepreneurs and agents of change.
